Reflections on One Year at the Free Love Farm

A short story that’s really weird

Today is exactly one year since I joined the Free Love Farm, and I couldn’t be more content. Nestled away in the Sierra Foothills, my days are full of tending the garden and caring for the sweet animals that roam the land. My nights are filled with food from the lands, and delicious copulations that I had never even dared to dream of before.

Did you know your body could be transported to another realm through the act of lovemaking? I sure didn’t, but that was because I was married to Steve and Steve just liked to get his rocks off. He occasionally liked to get my rocks off too, but he didn’t want to transcend. Now my body is filled with Samuel, Teddy, and Shay.

Shay. Maybe I should reflect on her for a bit. I like Shay. She has shown me how to fuck a woman in just the right way. She also taught me how to really feel my body, instead of just “feeling” my body, if you know what I mean. But…if I’m honest, I loathed Shay when she first arrived.

Shay had the gall to show up to the Free Love Farm so scared and broken. Oh boo hoo, yes you’ve been abused. How will you ever love again? We’ve all been through it. Breaking free from the patriarchal capitalist society is a transformation we all must experience. I went through mine and you didn’t…
